We have a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us . You will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within approximately 15 business days.

We understand that sometimes products may arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer exchanges for the same product. If you discover that your order is flawed, please contact us . with photos and/or video clip of the wrong/damaged product. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a free exchange.
Please note: that exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Change of mind returns or exchanges based on color, size, or texture are not acceptable.
