  Shipping

We have two warehouses, the American warehouse and the Asian warehouse

  • Under normal circumstances, the delivery time under the product description is accurate.
  • FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - If there is a tax, it generally depends on the product price. The general tariff is within $30. It is the buyer's responsibility.
  • After the order is dispatched , you will be receiving a tracking number and you can check the status of your order in the Track your Order Section on our website

Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, as long as the product is in good condition, you can return it within 7 days after receipt. In some areas,Our store will provide a local transshipment(usa,au,eu,ca,jp,other asia) warehouse for return shipping. Under normal circumstances, the refund process will be completed within 2-4 working days after the warehouse receives the goods. 
  • Our store will inspect the products before shipping. If there is any quality problem after the buyer signs for it, our store will provide accessories for repair. If the problem cannot be solved in the end, our store will accept returns and bear the return shipping costs.
  • Returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues require the buyer to bear the shipping costs for return to the warehouse.
  • Most products in the store support one-year after-sales service. Replacement parts can be purchased for a fee after one year.
